> Legislative Policy CommitteeThe CADA Legislative Policy Committee (LPC) is comprised of CADA member dealers interested and willing to provide active leadership and participate at the Colorado capitol to represent issues of concern to their legislators on in individual basis. The role of the Committee is to identify and prioritize legislative issues of interest that may enhance or adversely affect dealer interests. The LPC evaluates, discusses, and establishes policy and legislative recommendations to forward to the CADA Board for approval. LPC members are active in developing relationships with state legislators and other elected leaders from the State of Colorado. Members work in coordination with the CADA staff lobby team to promote our legislative policies as constituents and industry leaders. The committee meets at least monthly during the legislative session which runs January to May each year. The remainder of the year, the committee typically meets quarterly. Any interested CADA members are invited to join this committee to become more actively involved at a grassroots level in the legislative process. Current committee Co-Chairs:
