CADA advocates the views and concerns of Colorado franchised auto dealers to the Colorado General Assembly, Congress, state and federal agencies, the courts, and the public. CADA works closely with other dealer associations, consumer groups, and various related industry associations, public affairs groups and agencies.

Our overall policy objectives are to help the Colorado automotive industry community maintain a balanced pro-business and regulatory environment in which new car and new truck dealers throughout Colorado can effectively operate their business, while maintaining the highest level of consumer satisfaction during their shopping, purchase and financing experience.
