National Association of Dealer Counsel

The National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) is a nationwide professional organization of attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle dealers. CADA maintains a membership in this organization for the association, and our outside counsel. Additionally, Tammi McCoy, CADA Vice President, is a current NADC board member. CADA strongly encourages all dealers to suggest membership in NADC to their own outside attorneys.
